- End-to-End Development From Scratch: Co-developed a cross-platform health and mobility MVP (Flutter/Dart, .NET, Azure) entirely from a blank slate, creating a scalable software foundation for clinical researchers.
- Requirements Analysis & Agile Delivery: Led weekly Scrum-style meetings with non-technical researchers and Atea IT leads, translating document-based scoring rules into concrete technical requirements.
- Iterative Full-Stack Architecture: Continuously iterated on the entire system, creating a modular Azure SQL database schema, .NET REST API endpoints, and Flutter UI week-by-week to manage changing needs.
- Backend Logic & Integration: Built out the secure backend architecture to programmatically handle the clients' dynamic scoring system, integrating it with the Flutter frontend for user registration and customized workout generation.
